In connection with the European Maritime Day Conference taking place in Gdańsk on 19 May 2011 which was attended, inter alia, Cezary Grabarczyk - Polish Minister of Infrastructure, Pál Völner - Hungarian Minister for Infrastructure, Commissioner - Maria Damanaki, Efthimios E. Mitropoulos - Secretary General of the International Maritime Organization, Mieczysław Struk - Marshal of the Pomeranian Province and Pawel Adamowicz - Mayor of Gdansk, the union held picket against the situation in the Polish maritime economy.
Seafarers' Picnics
We invite all union members and their families to enjoy picnics organized by the PSU.
On May 28 Office in Szczecin organizes picnic in Pobierowo, applications are accepted at the office in Szczecin till May 16 .
On June 11 Office organizes the picnic in Swinoujscie, applications are accepted by Inspector of the Inspectorate Col. Krzysztof Czerniak till May 31.
On June 18 Office in Gdynia organizes the picnic in Tuchom near Gdynia, applications are accepted in branch offices in Gdyna and Gdańsk and as well as in Main Office in Gdynia by the office staff till June 8.
